I've already got 18 comments (easily more than my other two entries) and there's still a few days to go in lucky 7, my pictures score is hardly fantastic, so I don't think it's that - so thanks to everyone who is going nuts and commenting on more photos than usual ??!!

| Maybe it's because of the new rule stating that you should make a comment if the score is 1, 2 or 3. |

hehehe, Didn't think that was a new rule - just an old recommendation.
Besides all the comments have been relatively positive, and my score is around 5.75 right now (kind of middle of the road where normally there aren't that many comments), so hopefully there aren't too many 1s 2s and 3s.
Basically I just wanted to thank all the people who have been going crazy and commenting lots before the final scores and stuff are available. |

EIGHTEEN comments??? Might be that in this challenge, a 5.75 will place higher than you are anticipating! I'm muddling along at 4.78 with only 3 comments, my lowest total of comments so far in my brief DPC experience. Good luck, maybe a top 20 or even a top 10 for you!! |

That recommendation has been in place since I have been here, I think its more to do with the number of entries. Fewer entries equals more time to vote and comment.

Yeah 33 with 3 days to go is very high. I have 4 comments I think and one has nothing in there :(

Hehe, I don't think I'll be that lucky, there's quite a few really good shots in this challenge...enough to keep me well outside the top ten - particularly with the monitor calibration issues I whinged about at the start of the challenge. Im going to have to imprint that on my forehead - check image on someone elses computer before submitting! |
