Great photo using available light, it is easy to see why you like that lens.

Nice Kosta! There is definitiely no substitute for "fast glass."

The Canon 85 f/1.8 is a fantastic lens! I bought one for portraits and have loved it since the first frame I shot with it.

I was at a documentary style wedding photography workshop last week and one of the instructors shoots some VERY high end weddings (I figure about $15,000+). Believe it our not, he is shooting with 2 Canon 20D bodies with 20 f/2.8 and 85 f/1.8 lenses attached. I was a little relieved to see that you don't need a stack of L lenses to get professional level results.

I went to a bronx zoo christmas show tonight and I used the same lens , 85 1.8 it is very good

And how about yours TLL061? No flash on that fine shot?
