Anyone want to buy a slightly used Epson R800 printer? I am thinking of selling mine. Any takers? |

For the amount of printing I do... would never be worth buying a printer. |

might have been a good idea to put what you're selling in the subject- most of us look just out of curiosity if it doesn't say what it is. I was hoping you were selling a Nikon D70, I already have 2 printers :)

I am not sure on the price yet. But it will include any full tanks I still have and the paper I have left. |

I know. I did that on purpose just so people would look. I was just kidding about no one wanting to buy it. It was just a clever way for me to bump the post.

I have given up on inkjets. I still am suing the laser i have from 1993, but am on my 4th or 5th inkjet - it is expensive to use (per page for ink) and the one (an Epson) the ink dries up in a week of non use and then ou have to clean the heads and waste tons of ink.
I plan on getting a color laser in the spring. My pics i print at Walmart, so no loss there. (they are cheaper than me doing it myself)

Wha? You are going about it all wrong then. I print for cheaper then I could do at Wallmart. And so far I have had no clogging problems with the R800. I don't use it for months at a time and I haven't had to clean the jets yet(I heard a secret that if you leave ink jets off when not using them there is less chance of clogging). But anyway, you obviously have had some bad experiences so I understad what you are saying. I have also yet to see a laser print that looks anywhere near as good as an ink jet print(for photo quality) but then again I haven't seen a print from an extremely highend expensive laser printer. |

Ok, I can take a hint. I give up. I guess I will have to use ebay or something crazy like that. |
