Just got the EOS 300D today and wow! I love the look and finish of this camera! The battery pack is still charging... boy I can't wait to see what this thing can do. I have a slight concern though, when I turn the camera in my hands or shake it "very very lightly", i hear a faint sound of something rattling in there. Its kinda disturbing, :/
Has anyone experienced this ?

Ha! When I saw the title, I thought you meant it was already on the "auction" block. :-)

It is either 1)the sound of the orientation sensor clicking as you rattle or 2)the sound of the clunkity focusing ring on the kit lens. Those are my best bets.
Edited: removed crappy adjective in front of kit lens. It's not fair. :)

Forgot to mention, I havent powered on the camera yet, its straight out of the box. Also, I havent mounted the kit lens. |

My Rebel rattles also. It is the two tiny peices of metal that keep the pop-up flash from hyper-extending. Nothing is broken. Both are connected at both ends securely. |
