I really like the front lighting, gives the pic nice color contrasts.
Was it done using car head lights?

I'm a total sucker for long exposure night shots, and this one looks really great.

You didn̢۪t put in the information letting us know what shutter speed you used, aperture, or ISO. The main thing in this photograph is the movement of the clouds over time. The stars take away from that because you can see a little movement. I think the picture would have been great if two things were a little better. 1. Pinpoint stars [slower shutter] and, 2. Trees not blurred [if it was windy nothing you could do about that].
Summary: You took a good photograph with the potential to have been great. One thing was in within your control and the second was not. You did a great job with lighting, setup, and exposure. GOOD SHOT!
Wish my camera had ‘bulb’ feature but I’m stuck at 8 sec.
