Here is my attempt... I chose a lavander background because it is the complimentery color for yellow....

Thanks for the comments - a portrait fotog, I am not! LOL I'm more used to inanimate objects! But with all the tips I've gotten, I will be able to make a beautiful print that they will love. And with everything I've learned I'll be able to take an even better portrait next time.
