I'm trying to upload a photo for the next challenge (Sepia). I've had no issues uploading it, but when I go and change the picture name, the system says it is outside the challenge dates - but it's not. I'm not the only one who experienced this issue. Is it possible to fix it?

Alex, this is a known issue. When validating we do not look at this date field. So use yesterday's date or whatever will not give you an error. It should allow you to change the title. Sorry for the inconvenience.
