Thanks all for the votes. I just squeezed out of the Top 5 :(

I have to admit to miss-reading - Miss-Remembering(?) the brief. I tried to take an image for a Magazine cover and made efforts to frame for a vertical 4x5 type ratio and include space for Title, Copy etc...

Not sure why I made it hard for myself :)

I was pleased with the shot, it was actually taken on my phone from my Hotel Room Balcony.. I used Adobes Beta Application (Indigo) which is worth checking out if you've not come across it yet. (Search Project Indigo)

Given the subject the vertical framing and composition seem fine to me -- there is plenty of sports journalism which could use this photo in an article on "un-ordinary" sports.

I still prefer using a dedicated camera myself, but you're doing fine with your phone!
