After reviewing threads about the so called sensor brush I dicided to buy them.
On the 25th of november I ordered a set from Visible Dust.
After 2 day's I e-mailed them asking if they recieved my order and my payment. The replied promptly and said that everything was in order, they would e-mail me when my order would ship.

A week ago I visited the page and they were not accepting more orders, they where restyling the brush or somthing like that and would be taking orders around the 14th or so...

I e-mailed them asking if my order of the old-style brush was allready shipped or if I was waiting for the new style brush.
I got no answer.

2 days ago I checked their homepage again, they had new style brushes and were taking orders again. I emailed them again asking what heppened to my order.
I still have no answer...

Now when I visit their website it seems they don't even excist anymore..

I know many people bought this brush and are happy with them, so I trust this company to deliver, but this whole thing scares me a bit.
It's not about the 79$ that I paid, but not hearing from them what happened is realy making me mad....

What do you guy's/girls think...

This is the URL to their site... and it looks dead...

They are a victim of their own success...that's all. Things will get better with time.

That's what I was concerned about.

If they didn't pay their bill, well what kind of company are they?

in PerezDesignGroup's 2nd link they are talking about the same thing I am talking about, but now the site is gone dead too....

Well I hope they will still ship it..

All I can say is GOOD LUCK WITH ALL THAT...

I ordered their Econo-Kit on Oct 6th (that was before the huge glut of orders hit them mid October). And I only have received mine just yesterday.

I haven't had a chance to even try them out yet, so I can't speak to the product's effectiveness.

I can tell you that their customer service is horrible. They were non communicative and inept in my dealings with them. I will never buy from them again.

I am sure there will be someone who says "worked great for me" but let the buyer beware. I have bought and sold many times over the Internet and via eBay, and this was the worst experience I've had, bar none.

Thanks for the heads up. I ordered from then on Sunday Nov 14, and had an email saying that they took the money out of our account, but nothing talking about when the items would be shipped, and nothing saying that there would be any delay.

I contacted my bank, and they are investigating...if they cannot contact the company, they will dispute the charges.

We'll see...

I've got my brushes a few weeks ago, but I ordered them after Rob Galbraith posted his review but before Micheal Reichmann and Thom Hogan had their review up. I was already caught in a two to three week delay + slow shipping (I am in Holland, just like Philos). I was worrying about the delivery but it came anyway.

The communication was bad. The only acknowledgement of taking my order was a CrC receipt from their handler. I didn't ask anything but had to read on their site that orders were delayed because of massive interest. The package contained all the goodies, but no shipping bill or packing bill. For my feeling the package was late (I am used to Amazon style of dealing, Amazon says 10 days and it arrives in three from the USA! -Amazon uses a German stock for central Europeans, o yes, I am a big Amazon customer-).

I suspect, like others, that their success overtook them with unexpected speed. The guy who developed it is more tech than marketing, more product development than 'oh shit, my site has a 5 gig bandwith limit and after some splendid reviews it might generate 15 gig in a month so I need to expand a bit"........

The product is great, the marketing very bad. I had faith and received my stuff. My guess is that his inbox is flooded by now.

What can you expect after starting small and suddenly all major sites say: "This is sensor cleaning magic, you need to get this pronto!"

Visibledust is back online again.
//www.visibledust.com
//www.visibledust.ca

The reason why they were offline was (quote from the site):

Recently we have had problems with our Web hosting provider. Our site was down numerous times over the last week with our last hosting provider. After complaining about the service we had our site shut down and all access to our site removed.

In order to help assure that this will not happen again we have moved the site to a new server and added a second site on a second server. Orders can now be placed at www.visibledust.com and www.visibledust.ca

We are sorry for any incovenience caused and want to assure our customers that this will in no way affect existing orders.

Thank You
Visibledust Management

I received my brushes in the mail today! Just wanted to let you all know that they are, indeed, still shipping the items.

I have complained at paypal, and after that I got a reply form Visible dust.
They say they shipped the package on the 2nd of november but Canada Post made a mistake and it is shipped bij surface shipping and that could be a month.
He said he has shipping information but after requesting that, again I did not get any answer.
They have until 2nd of december to react to my complaint at paypal...
So we'll see what happens...
