This was my version with the food fully frozen.

I then tried to add some more structure to the food, like Irving Penn's version.
I used a hair blower to remove the top layer and then frooze the food again.
That is the version I submitted.

That's a major difference! The slight thawing was a good choice, and nice to see that you looked into Irving Penn's work to come up with this. Well played.
