The former Blue Ribbon in the September Free Study has been DQ'd because the image area was extended during editing: extra sky was added at the top of the image.
Congrats to our new ribboner and HM! |

| Unfortunately, the recent Blue Ribbon was DQ'd for failing to provide an original image file. Congratulations to the new HM and Ribbon winners that moved up! |
