That challenge was an unusual case. I would agree that if we had that one to live over again, we would have likely added an extra rule stating that failing to use a 2-second exposure would be DQ'able. But in general, DNMC should definitely not be DQ'able -- it would simply be way too subjective to attempt to enforce.
