That challenge was an unusual case. I would agree that if we had that one to live over again, we would have likely added an extra rule stating that failing to use a 2-second exposure would be DQ'able. But in general, DNMC should definitely not be DQ'able -- it would simply be way too subjective to attempt to enforce.

Well, without beating a dead horse once again, the challenges that are specific should allow dq based on not meeting the challenge. For example winning a "2 second exposure" challenge with a shot that is not a 2 second exposure.
