Well, in theory you just broke the law :-) That's commercial usage and you need a 107. Regardless of the size of the drone. And this is true even if you DON'T get paid...

i'm not completely up on this, yet, but i would argue that it was 'editorial' usage vs 'commercial' usage ;-)
