Has anyone seen a really simple good portfolio website lately?

I have started to design mine and have hit a creative roadblock.

Any suggestions would help, maybe your biggest website pet peeves so I know to avoid them.

I use .Mac, really trivial to post photos there, I just dump the pics I want posted on my iDisk and a few clicks later I have a page!

Check it out HERE!

The biggest pet peeve I've found I have are the sites that fade the thumbs until they are moused over. Makes it very hard to get a feel for the entire collection.
