Hang your photo in a museum. Next to your photo should be a block of text, similar to what you would find in a museum, "explaining" the photo or providing background for it.

Because of the discussion going on "entering something you love" , I'm resurrecting this suggestion.
We could do it this way -- although I'd want the extended editing to be just for adding the text. Though I guess I can be overruled.
I was worried about the text distracting or shrinking the size of the entry, but most entries are landscape or portrait. So landscape photos can add the text underneath and portrait can add the text to the side without having to shrink it.
DO NOT VOTE on how beautifully they designed the text. This isn't a poster. Just vote on the photo itself, but read the text so you understand the story behind it.
Perhaps it should be archival, so people have more of a chance to find something that has meaning for them?
