I am new to Photoshop editing, posting on the internet, etc. I notice from many of the tutorials I have read re: digital photography, photoshop etc that the general feeling seems to be that nearly every digital photograph requires some "fixing" (don't know what else to call it) before posting on the net... a little sharpening, and some enhancing of the colors for the most part. I have attached an unedited photo of some autumn leaves that I think is pretty nice without any enhancing. I resized the image to fit within dpc rules of 150k and 640pixels maximum width. I tried using the USM but actually thought it looked better without it. So other than resizing, this is totally unedited. What do you think... is there some enhancing I should be doing? PS... at 640x480 resolution it is not as obvious as I would like that the leaves are under a clear moving stream... it is clearly visible at the original resolution, but the image size is much too big.
