Submission:

primabarbara Not sure how you figure it out that it was mine but you hit the person :)

As always here is how I did this shot, again as you can see in the video that this was a cell phone shot, it was a long exposure of 2 seconds exposure in cell phone PRO mode. My thought about this shot was that when I saw that the title was "Action" i realize mostly individuals will post the higher shutter speed shots of some kind and I took other way round of going long exposure and in here action is more of movement of the lights (action of the light bulbs it-self).

Video was taken during day time but the shot was taken in the night.
