Our local TV Station's "New and Weather" Programme welcomes photos taken "on the day" to illustrate the weather just before they give the forecast.
What a thrill to see my first submission broadcast tonight - wow!

Nice job, congrats. I tried to do that once and the guy was all gung-ho about getting pics. Then I sent him the link to my lightning and he told me the pics have to have something recognizable to the area in them. I said forget it after that. Glad to see you had a good outcome!
