Oh bummer I thought it was supposed to be Archival like the 1,000 th and 2,000th

The year I joined is the year I rued Scott Kelby's advice to "always convert your Raw files on import to DNG so that they will forever be compatible with...". If only I had access to those archives. ;)

We are willing to look the other way on archival DNGs if everything else seems kosher. After all, the only reason NOT to validate DNGs has been the issue with the date stamp, and that's irrelevant with archival challenges :-) Knock yourself out.
