It's a list of photography equipment you want to buy but can't because
a) it's too expensive and you can't justify the cost.
b) your spouse has threatened to leave you if you buy __________ before replacing the much needed ________ .
c) your credit card is maxed out because you were able to justify (a) after all. |

On DPC it's a list of photos you would like to purchase on dpcprints.
edit: but are too broke-ass to do so.

I thought it was more like "Would like to purchase on dpcprints but can't be bothered to go to the trouble of finding a way to send payment, and it would be way more fun if someone bought them for me as a surprise anyway." :D
