A friend of mine is new at digital photography. He asked that I ask you guys what you think of his Sunset.... So what do you think?

Nice comp, exposure and colors. Looks like a very long tlephoto shot, and/or a significant crop.

Yeah, he was a fair distance from the mountains at his father's castle. It was taken at the equivelant to 350mm.

Well... I like the color. I like the fact that even though foreground is in silhouette there is still detail visible. I like the clouds. And I love the size of the sun in the picture (as already noted, an obvious result of a long telephoto). Great job!
