Display the votes casted bar graph (or even a list) while still in voting phase. Not really anything important, just something to stress us out a little more. :-)
Provide a thread option or an option under our preferences that allows for a notification email to be sent when someone specifically replies to your post (whether on the forums or an image) - not like the option for emails sent when there are replies to a thread.
Have first names displayed under usernames in the forums. I like to refer to people by name when I reply and it would be nice to just have it on their post.
Have a link to "Watched Threads" under the "Community" dropdown menu. Maybe even list the watched threads on our profile page.

| how about something that would let you know when one of your images has been referenced by someone else in a thread? |

... or even if someone comments on our photo. (That hasn't been submitted in a challenge)

I was just thinking that it would also be nice if when someone uploads new photos that they appear somewhere. Sort of like how newly picked favorites show up at the bottom of the community page.
