Nice shot Tyrone,
the highlights are very slightly blown,
handheld you will always lose a little of the sharpness but this looks quite sharp, a tinker with the shadow/highlights in cs may improve the detail but overall nicely done.

it does look to me like ther's some camera shake. (I am sure your camera will give you sharper results)

you have some blown spots, but the color is very nice and its a nice angle :)
