There are now 299 entries in that challenge and I think I was in the first 200 or so. Having so many entries I feel mine will get lost in the shuffle. I have a few days to decide if I want to keep it in the challenge or withdraw it. :)

I re-worked my photo yesterday as well! Did a bit more editing this time but it's still the same crop. I couldn't reshoot as it was taken in a different state and the location is about 5 hours away. :)

I was number 189, an I'm a re-editing addict. I've re-edited and resubmitted at least six times. I think I'm finally done, LOL!

I am pretty sure I was number 374. Or around there. Submitted yesterday.
I never submit photos... but I guess it was one of those periods where I feel like submitting.

Not great, but I was just testing my lens. :)

| #396 -- I'm not happy either about mine either, and will probably regret entering with so many in the field. But, I always regret not entering when I don't. So.... guess we'll see. |

Darn it all! I couldn't leave well enough alone so I used a different yet similar photo for my entry. I debated about 30 min on which one to use and I finally decided. Then I had to upload a new one for DPCPrints. Hopefully I can get it approved before the start of the challenge but seeing how it's Sunday I doubt it. Will it have the "print available" sign later even if it gets approved during the challenge?

I believe the 'Print Available' sign will only bee seen after the voting, so there is at least a week for the approval to go thru.

| Now that there are 400(!!!!) entries, maybe a few people will have some compassion on those of us with dial-up and change their vote to "2 weeks" for voting and commenting. I'll never vote on all those in 1 week, and I'd really like to in this challenge. We had much longer to take these photos, why not have a longer voting period also? |
