I was wondering my possible membership and copyright status of my images. It would be good to include some other copyright schema to your work you own, if you so choose.

I'd like to see a different copyright schema for my work, but the copyright statement at the bottom of page (which denies everybody everything) can not be overridden. Id like to replace it with this Creative Commons licencing, //creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/, if I decide to pay membership fee ;D.

I can always write to my personal profile something like "site default copyright statement is overridden by this licence _for_my_work_only_" but don't know if this is legal?`It should be but you never know.

So how about creating some system that user could enter some copyright text shown at the users profile photos? The technical trick is that these kinds of neocopyrights include metadata which is intended to be included in the headers of a web page or other sgml based description languages. This metadata is then used (propably in the future) by robot search engines like google. Perhaps future operating systems will also endorse this schema that only way to copy a copyrighted image would be taking a picture of your monitor ;D. Who knows.

Keep the stone rolling!
