I've been getting this error of on all evening.
Eta: "Is it down or just me" says there's a problem with dpc.

It's been down at 3 different times...weirdly sporadic.

| This is at the same time when entries are flooding in for cityscape, so maybe too many people uploading at the same time :-) |

It's our fault. Everyone on my team was asking for advice and trying to enter at the same time :)
And BTW, don't forget to tell members that they will have to manually change the date HERE AT DPC when/if they change the name of their entry today. |

| It was scheduled maintenance, someone was jiggling cables and swapping in known-good routers (me). |
