i would like to know how you sincronize the flash with the camera! please help!

Well, if you're using it with a 10D like your title says, it should take care of everything for you ... get the right exposure without fiddling around with anything.

yah but the problem is when i use it in slave mode!

You're gonna have to give us more information. Slave mode is for use with a remote flash unit. You can't use it as a slave on its own.

The flash speedlight 420 ex has remote flash unit that sincronizes with the camera! but the camera is not recognoizing the flash or vise versa!
