I decided to learn a few photoshop tricks and tried converting my touch entry to duotone.
As submitted:
Duotone version:
On my crisp lcd screen, the duotone version looks much better.
But a friend who has a CRT with a filter in front of it, the duotone version looks awful.
Which one do you like better?

I like duotone better...
B&W feels grainy with too high blacks and whites...
Duotone is more soft with good deep blacks but not so flashy whites...that I liked. |

On my laptop, the duotone looks much better, but then my laptop screen is not too good for comparison of images. |

Definitely prefer the duotone. I often feel that b&w is too harsh, though... it takes a certain kind of mood/environment for b&w to look just right. But that's just my opinion. |

They both look good. But I have to agree the doutone looks better because it cuts down on the high contrast on the top of the hands. In the b&w version the highlites was on the edge of being blown on the top thumb. But like i said i like both. IMO Doutone wins in this case
NOTE: I'm viewing on a CRT Screen!
