Are Digital Rebels, 10Ds, or 20Ds capable of using remote flashes?
If so, how do I set it up?
My flash would probably need to support wireless triggering huh? [I dont know if it does]

Yup, e-ttl, or e-ttl II for the 20D I believe.

Check here out for in depth details, although I think it was last updated prior to the 20D, but I think the metering is the same as the 1D Mk2, but I could be wrong.

There are also cord and cordless options that you can use but the E-TTL will be lost and you will have to go manual.
