| HELP!!!! I'm having issues getting a last minute submission to upload. It starts out then hangs at 128kb. File is well within the size parameters. |

| Thanks I think it is my ISP. Down I am pushing 250Mb up is the sad issue at .5 Mb something is not right. Looked up ISP and issues all over the place. Thanks for the response Tiberius! Is anyone getting a cert error logging into the website? |

But I can get in via anything from DPC on my gmail.
