I know I'm a newbie, but I think I have a legitimate complaint. After an exhausting search of the site I can find no reference to challenges ending at midnight EST. I went thru a lot to get home and get the image on the site by midnight where I live (CST). I was twenty minutes late, and missed the deadline.

The challenge rules depend so much on EXIF info, then the deadline should be midnight at local time of the contestant or post an exact time of the deadline with the challenge rules.

Sorry you missed it Steven

I've missed a few myself, but only because I was late getting home. Go ahead and post you picture in here, I'm sure a few people will give you some feedback on how they think it might have done. Unless you will be entering it into the Oct free study now.

Sorry you missed out, Steven. For future reference, the server time is posted at the very bottom of every page and that is the time that all site deadlines are based on.
