Most voters has been voted for a sharp or crips shots...
why don't we have a 'soft focus' challenge...
and let have some free subject or a portrait challenge with soft focus...

I wouldn't mind a soft focus challenge. Or even a shallow depth of field challenge.

| How about a "Dreams" challenge where we would probably get lots of both soft focus and shallow DOF. |

The thing is, soft focus can only be done properly with a special camera filter or using illegal photoshop layers. Anyone can get out-of-focus shots but it's not the same thing (as far as I know).
