I have seen several stunning photos which had the white balance set to -1. I have an EOS 10D and shoot in manual mode. How is this -1 white balance set? Is it an option of RAW mode?

On the menu you can set white balance bracketing, WB-BKT. See pg 54 of manual.

-1 seems an odd number for a WB setting. Do you possibly mean Exposure Compensation -1?
