I've just been thumbing through the 'Cliche' entries. Is it just me or am I right in saying that there's some brilliant photos but very few actually meet the challenge title...

You'll notice we are not talking about spoken expressions; we're looking for photographic cliches, ie. common subjects, such as babies, chess boards, cats, flowers. Actually, a photo expressing a cliche expression would be off topic unless it included a very popular photography subject.

For example, you could use the phrase "It's what it's the inside that matters" and show a really ugly baby. Or "curiosity killed the cat" (yikes, lol).
