Does anyone have any good/bad experience with Tamron 28-75 2.8? For canon... In particular, in comparison with Canon 28-135?

Thanks.

I have no experience with the Canon 28-135 in order to offer a comparison... but I have the Tamron 28-75 2.8 and I love it.

The only downside would be the 67mm filter size. It's been a little hard finding filters spur-of-the-moment. So plan ahead and order your filters before you need them. :-)

I have the 28-75 2.8 and it is awesome!!! Don't know about the 28-135 but I think it's a bit slower lens. You will not be disipointed witht the Tamron 28-75 2.8.

I have the 28-135 and I don't really like it. I wish I had the Tamron.

Could you be a little more specific about what you don't like about it?

I just bought a Tamron 17-35 2.8 yesterday... so far I'm having fun with it!
