I just purchased this SanDisk 2.0G Compact Flash card for just $140. And shipping is free!

David,
They have the much, much faster SanDisk Ultra II 2GB flash card HERE at Buy.com for just $20 more. Might want to consider that.

I've been looking for real "specs" on the SanDisk speeds and haven't been able to find any. From what I've heard (again, nothing to back it up), the one I bought and the Ultra II are the same speed. But the Ultra II handles a greater range of temperatures.
Does anyone have any real specs on the SanDisk products? A friend of mine (just got his 20D) would probably go for the Ultra II if it really is faster.

With the 10D, the Sandisk Ultra II is about 50% faster in real-world use. The difference may be even more pronounced with the 20D. |

Oops... I was confusing the the Ultra II with the Extreme. The latter is the one that is supposed to handle more extreme temperature ranges.
