so, if i am reading the description correctly, the Hidden Gem challenge entry can be taken all the way up till rollover on Aug 27?

sounds odd for a "Hidden Gem" challenge to allow taking a photo AFTER the challenge was announced.

It's because people are still shooting for the DPL, see?

Fair point Robt, nothing in the description to say the shot has to follow any of the challenge titles so, a Free Study?

Absolutely a Free Study, and open to all as well, not just paid members. The rare Thursday challenge that's open to all :-)

It's a good challenge topic. Thanks :-)

Darn, I am on vacation and don't have access to the shots I have already taken.

And just for clarification purposes, this is NOT a part of the final round of the DPL, correct? The other challenge is the one announced Sunday night, right?

Nothing in your workshop?

Perfect! I actually took some photos in June. I took a total of 30 in July, and I don't think I've clicked a shutter yet in August.

My best option has something removed in it that AFAIK won't pass muster under Advanced Editing. It would be a good example of the usage of Expert Editing that doesn't create fantasy art. So I am with Mike on this one.

Does anyone want to look at my five options and give an opinion?

Thanks ahead of time.
