| i am not an expert but i think the photos are very interesting and look great. How did you do that? Which program? |

Even with that cartoon effect applied, it's still easy to tell that the original photo was extremely well done. They're full of rich colors and excellent contrast and clarity. That said, I think this effect is really cool. The shots, as taken and as edited, look great.

Those look great and the photos work well for the cartoon look.
There is a PS action that does something sorta like these at the PS Actions section at adobe.com I have played with it a little but never came out with anything near as good as these.
