Hi guys,
I need to sell one of my photos to be used by another company for marketing. It'll appear on a crisp packet (exciting details will follow shortly when I've had this signed off), and on some brochures.
Obviously, I don't want the photo to be sold by this company, so I need a limited release form. I've searched the forums, and someone had a similar issue, but I've not been able to Google anything close enough.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried this ONE.
Just edit it for your needs staying within legal guidlines.
