how do you upload proof of exif data if it has not been requested yet, I wont be near a computer and just want to confirm a shot thx

If voting has already started then you can go to your image page and request an admin note.

I think the procedure is to contact one of the SC and get direction for that. I know its possible since others have done this before.

Unless you are not able to wait, just wait for the voting to start. From previous threads, the SC do not pre-qualify images so the admin note is just letting them have the information before they need it. They won't use it unless it does get a qualification request.
The reason given for not pre-qualifying is that it has too much of a chance to affect the voting on the image. For some reason, some people vote differently when the image page says the image has been qualified. **shrug**

In this case, plese contact an Administrator using the Contact option under the Help menu.
