Hi all-
I shot some senior portraits for a friend today. He wanted to stay away from the standard "leaning against a tree" pose, and since he's a musician, we tried something with his guitar (he wanted something that would look like an album cover). BTW - I had written permission from the Hard Rock Cafe lawyers to shoot outside the Denver store, and all I had to do was ask :)

Of the ones posted I think the first one is the best. The background in that one is the least distracting. If the Hard Rock Cafe sign is part of the composition then I think moving closer to it would have allowed you to keep it in focus while blurring the rest of the background to remove distractions.

Just my thoughts.
