What about gold, silver and bronze ribbons for a yearly Masters?

If we run Masters challenges on a regular basis, one of the things we will consider is using a different type of icon (medals or trophies) to designate the winners in those challenges.

PS: Another "prize" could be that the top10 Masters would be asked to help/work with 20-30 new members to this site?
