Med format digital backs have been around for a long time.
Leaf, Phase One etc make them to fit Mamiya, Hasselblad and large format cameras. The 22MP ones usually run about $20-$25K for tethered backs and ~$35K for untethered.
Seems the difference here, at least with the integrated MF SLR is that there's no more capability to shoot film if desired. It will be interesting to see the price on these. |
