I was looking at the E-300 and the new FourThirds lenses from Olympus, and I must admit I am having serious lens fever over the 7-14mm f4. Looks like Olympus is aiming high and low with the new lenses. 2 budget lenses to fit the E-300, with out doubt, and one super-wide.
I can't even imagine how wide a 7mm (14mm in 35mm terms) is. With that lens I would have continious range from 7-200mm! Me wantsssss....

It's good to see that Olympus is starting to increase their stable of lenses for both high quality and more entry level lenses. I think that's the whole question regarding the four thirds standard. They need to increase the availability of lenses and accessories so they can compete with the N&C. Now if other manufacturers can add some of their own gear that would be a big boost.

I have been studying the specs on the Evolt and really like what I see. I may be buying this when it comes out in the stores in December.
