Been a while since my last update.
The challenges up-to and including the Cup round (i.e 5th round) have been announced, and the challenge announced at rollover tonight will be the challenge for the "Grail" should it be required.
I've shared the bracket on Google Docs which I'll update once results for Human Portrait (Minimal) II are known. |

Looking at my scores in the Ubique and April Fools challenges, I'm looking at the playoff for the Spoon. Need something for Leading Lines so I don't get the runners-up in that head-to-head.
Note: The Air challenge will decide the Grail (should it be needed) - seems I was getting a little carried away. |

Do we have any spreadsheets that show the progress so far? I'm wondering how hard I have to try finding leading lines. ;) |

You can get the Grail... it's like the Superbowl. |

Yeahâ€Â¦ but cups are cool. So I'm thinking coaster. Those can be cool too. Kettles are pretty neat. :) |

That is one remarkable spreadsheet. Amazing just doesn't cover it for this one.
I can hardly wait to see it all filled in. |

How about, if you win the graiL, it can be swapped for a cup, or any of the "lesser" trophies.... but it will be more sparkly than the "lesser" trophy. |

I think it's all moot because of the unique challenge anyway :) |

How could there be any progress - minimal portraits was first and it's still in voting, right?

That is correct. |

It's an excellent format. Very interesting to be well into the competition before any indicating results start coming in. I would actually like to see it repeated down the road as a fun side challenge, but with only three rounds. All entries in... then the dominoes. |

That's what it is ("all entries in . . . then the dominoes") with four challenges - fourth challenge due before roll-over the night when voting on the first one ends.
Like for this one it was Minimal Portrait, Ubique, April Fools and Leading Lines. Leading Lines entries are due by roll-over tonight which is also when the results for Minimal Portrait are announced. |

I like it too. Better than the long and drawn out Beat Your Own Average Knockout I run periodically. |

Extraordinary. I will get knocked out and then picked up again and all I have to do is keep entering. It's like a really good murder mystery. |

Oops. Sorry, I lost track. I was thinking it started with high contrast. Maybe instead of a cup plate or coaster I need a post-it note. :) |

Well... my Leading Lines entry is in... that's 3 challenges in a row (missed the Human Portrait b/c of the RAW Format's incomparability with Minimal Editing rules). First time in AGES I've managed that. Now just a matter of seeing where these dominos fall... mmmm dominos... I could do with a good pizza (no I don't consider Dominos good pizza... just made me think of pizza and how much I miss good Australia pizza, with a decent crust and a amount of toppings OTHER THAN cheese). |

Am I correct in saying that the Air challenge isn't a factor here? Seems like Leading Lines is the final challenge and will determine who walks with the spoon and other amazing trophies. Is that right? |

That is correct HOWEVER, IF vawendy takes out "The Plate" (as she is the only undefeated Div 2 contestant that were denied a shot at "The Cup"), the Air challenge will act as the challenge for the ultimate DPCMM trophy, "THE GRAIL*"
* subject to name change, depending on the preference of the individual that wins it - assuming it's even contested. |
