that is pretty interesting. but it doesn't seem an overly far fetched concept. |

It seems to me that a lot of the best landscape photography, in my mind at least, has been following this path for a long time. For me, at least, having a "dominant foreground object" is, like the "rule of thirds", a practice it's often best to honor by ignoring. |

Seems to me his point is (coincidentally?) well-aligned with the concept of "negative space as subject" ... |
