I've recently come across a tiny digital camera by SiPix - the StyleCam Blink. It's a mere 5cm x 5cm, so you can really take it anywhere. It's very low resolution - maximum 640 x 480 pixels, so it would not give great picture quality, but what attracted me is its lens - equivalent to 24mm in film cameras, which would allow me to play around with distortions my camera cannot do.

Reading reviews I have discovered one fatal flaw - when the battery goes flat, all photos in its memory are lost.

Does anyone know of any other cheap camera with an ultra-wide angle lens? I'm tempted to buy this "toy" anyway, but would prefer something a bit safer.
