In regards to 'artificial lighting' was I seeing things but did it say 'make it obvious that you are using artificial lighting' now it's gone.

That was on the first artificial lighting challenge this one never had one. At least I never saw one. I hope voters won't mark down for that. As long as artificial lighting was used to capture the shot there should be no penalty.

I don't know I haven't looked closely at them all. Seems like from a quick glance most are pretty obvious with the light in the shot, others are obviously studio shots beyond that I guess you will have to use your best judgement.
