You've been doing well! (Wish I could do as well)
The last batch in your portfolio are....overprocessed!
Play with light at the time the photo is taken. You have a talent for that.
Don't play with the photo so much afterwords....it shows.

I do mostly nudes and erotica...and I'm not going to comment on your topic or the treatment.. but just on the technique.
I don't think this shot was strong to start with, and judging by your portfolio pics...you've done better, but the overprocessing, and the use of "gallery" effect makes the image look very "junior", I'm pretty sure that with a less post-process and more esthetica work (looking at the unflattering shadows un her tummy for example), this shot could be much better
