| I honestly thought I had my first ribbon this week. Still the photos that ranked higher were well derserved. I hadn't been excited about one of my entries for a long time. I was also excited about sharing the other photos I had taken on the same day but didn't want to effect voting. So I waited. The pictures are actually from my second game taking photos for the CNU Football team. Everything I did I learned from this site. I'm not saying that any of these photos are masterpieces; just products that I'm really proud of. They wouldn't have been possible without DPC. Thanks to everybody especially alansfreed for his tutorial and great photos. So please check out my football Pics that I have been dying to share all week. Also, just a side note. All pictures were taken with my Sigma 70-200 f2.8 lens, others were taken with the same lens but with the 1.4 teleconvertor on. |

| I personally thought you were in contention for a ribbon. I voted your photo highly and thought it was well composed, focused, and had the action. If not a ribbon I thought top 5. There were several great photographs in this challenge with that said #6 is not bad at all. Sorry you didn’t get a ribbon. |
